The cost of replacing the 58x95-inch double-panel sliders on the ocean side of the West Building (Vinyl Master Series 3100, Type 58X950X) is about $3,000 depending on how you pay and if you get the coating that makes it easier to keep it clean  (10% down, 40% due upon measure/production, 30% due upon delivery, and 20% due upon installation).   The individual stationary windows (40-1/2 x 91-3/4) are about $1,500, and the  large, 3-panel sliders measuring 106-3/4 x 95 are about $5,000.  The lead-time to installation is 6-8 weeks, and they can be installed in half a day.

Vinyl Masters recommends the use of "Low-E" glass, and uses a coating from AFG called "Comfort Ti-AC 36".  They say that Titanium ("Ti") is better than the others which are silver which changes the window color.  Click here for more information.  My only comment here is that if you depend on the sunshine for heating your unit, you may want to stick with plain glass, since the "Low-E" glass cuts the solar heat in half.  However, you can get a rebate from SDG&E for installing "Low-E" glass (about $39 for the double-panel doors and about $30 for each window).

Vinyl Masters get their doors from Vinyl Building Products (click here for information)

The only comment I have is that it looks like the dark brown is a vinyl adhesive layer, which seems like could nick and peel (but they say it is "an acrylic-based foil product which is machine-laminated onto our PVC profiles using high-quality PUR hot-melt adhesives. The foil is imported from Germany exclusively for Vinyl Building Products and has been in use there for decades, with proven durability.  It is suitable for severe climate conditions due to its extreme weather and temperature resistance" - whereas the local sales people mistakingly say it is "three layers of acrylic baked on").  The Dixieline/American Integrity alternative looked like a harder coating to me.
