Popular Seasons:
> Racing season:  Mid-July through August (most crowded, highest rents).  Also, a lot of traffic during the county fair in June through July 4.
> "Zonie", or "Escape-From-Arizona-Heat", season:  June-September.   
> Snowbird season (people from the North):  October through March (lows in 50's, highs in 60's-70's).

> Best weather & rental costs:  September/October.  High's in 70's-80's, lows in the 60's.  The weather in March/April can also be nice.  July/August can be humid (a little tropical monsoon flow from the south/Mexico). 
> Worst weather (but it's not that bad!):  It rains in January, and there is "May gray" & "June gloom" (can be foggy and cool until noon-2PM - sometimes all day - can also happen sporadically  in March/April and July/August).
