Unique features of Del Mar Shores Terrace:
The property is located on the bluff about 50 feet above the beach. The bluff area includes a nice sidewalk and "wrought iron" fence along the bluff, a swimming pool, spa, a clubhouse, a laundry room, an observation area with table and chairs, and two additional places to sit and watch the ocean/sunset. Also, there is a private beach access gate to the public stairs to the beach.
Almost all ocean-front units (36 of 39) are 1-bedroom. Two ocean-front units are 2-bedroom (units 1 and 3 over the pool, and the developer's ocean-front 2-bedroom on the southwest corner is combined with a 1-bedroom to make a 3-bedroom - unit 35/36).
There are 29 two-bedroom units with varying side ocean views from the balconies and patios in both the front and in the back.
There are 18 one-bedroom units in the east building, with the top floor having ocean views over the top of the bluff building, and the end units having ocean views between the bluff buildings.
Typical 1 bedroom units are 840 square feet and typical 2 bedroom units are 1,030 square feet (there are three exceptions: Units 1 & 3 (1,766 square feet) and 35/36.
Units have a varying number of garage spaces, not related to the number of bedrooms. The estimated value of an extra garage space is $10,000, but they cannot be sold or transferred in any way according to current CC&Rs. Some people rent garage spaces for $50-60 per month depending on if they include garage cabinets or not.

The current dues are $496 per month, which are the lowest of the bluff condominiums, and there has never been a special assessment!
