All units are on a bluff, approximately 50 feet, or 100 steps, above the beach.
"Typical 1" bedroom units (57) are 840 square feet and "typical 2" bedroom units (30) are 1,030 square feet (exceptions are the 2-bedroom Units 1 & 3 which are 1,766 square feet).
Note:  The condominiums are "apartment style" so, although noise from adjacent units through the side walls is minimal, you can hear noises from neighbors above (footsteps, water draining).

Ocean Front :
    Building 1 (Front, north building, overlooking the pool):  2nd floor units 1-2, 3rd floor units 3-4.
    Building 2 (Front, center or west building):  1st floor units 7-15, 2nd floor units (ground floor on East/parking side - only units without stairs) 16-24, 3rd floor units 25-33.
    Building 3 (Front, south building):  1st floor units 34-36, 2nd floor units 37-39, 3rd floor units 40-42.

Side Ocean View:s From The Balconies or Patios In Front And Behind:  
    Building 4 (South building):  2nd floor units 43-49, 3rd floor units 50-56.
    Building 6 (North building):  2nd floor units 75-82, 3rd floor units 83-89.

"Between The Buildings" Ocean View:
    Building 5 (East building):  2nd floor units 57 & 65, 3rd floor units 66 & 74.

"Over The Top Of The West Building" Ocean View:
   Building 5 (East building):  3rd floor units 67-73.

No Ocean View:
   Building 5 (East building):  2nd floor units 58-64.
