Please note the following:

• Only signage allowed by California Civil Code is acceptable.

• The front pedestrian gate must not be propped open, which can result in a significant fine.  Please use one or more of these alternatives:

  1. If there is a phone in the unit, you can note the unit code to be dialed from the intercom on your entrance  sign.  This two-digit code can be found next to the name on the scroll list on the intercom.  If the name and number, are not programmed, you can ask Mark to program the unit phone number and use any name you desire (such as the name of the owner, or the name of your realty that people).  When someone calls the unit, as you are talking to them, press 7 to unlock the gate.

  2. If there is no phone in the unit, you could note your cell phone number on your entrance sign and then come down and meet them when they call.

• There are no extra parking spaces on the property.  People can park along the road out front, or in the "hidden" public parking spaces on the raised street corners (accessible from South Sierra Ave).

• Lock boxes must be located on the right side of the north car gate.

• Copies of many Association documents are located in the laundry room.

• It is a small and quiet property.  We do enforce quiet hours after 10pm and contractor hours (M-F 8:30-5).
