COOSSA

Special Meeting February 20, 2003

A special meeting was held to honor departing members Jack McGoldrick and Joy Whitehurst.  After many years of very active service to COOSSA and the Solana Beach community, both are moving East (Jack to South Carolina to pursue his life-long dream of cruising the inland waterway, and Joy to Palm Springs).

The dignitaries at the meeting included Marcia Smerican, past Mayor, and Joe Kellijian, a present City Council member.  Marcia, Joe, and others provided some good stories about both Jack and Joy.
