Del Mar Shores Terrace is an 87-unit  condominium complex located on the bluff above the beach in Solana Beach.  It has a swimming pool and spa overlooking the ocean, saunas, a clubhouse, beautiful landscaping, and so far has never had a special assessment.

It is, as one of our owners puts it, "Our piece of heaven on earth".

The Board of Directors meetings are held every two months (homeowners invited).  The meetings are held in the clubhouse on the third Wednesday of the even months at 5:30 PM, unless otherwise noted.  Executive Sessions are sometimes held before or after these meetings to discuss Association legal matters and any homeowner violation appeals (homeowners need to notify the Board in advance).
